What exactly is Running.ca?

1. Training sessions are prepared by Daniel Riou, kinesiologist and marathoner, every month.

2. Training is different every month and changes every year. This is critical, as training adaptations are very specific and it is important to change your program every year to keep progressing.

3. You benefit from support and answers to your questions about the Course à pied.ca group.

How to join the Club?

1. The programs are accessible free of charge, in the “program” tab

2. To receive the instruction manual, complete the form below. As a bonus, you will receive articles published on Course à pied.ca by email every Tuesday.
