Foundations

During our events we partner with charitable foundations to raise funds and support causes that are close to our hearts. Each of our events represents an opportunity to contribute to positive change.

United Way

The Business Challenge supports Centraide. Centraide is a community organization that offers a comprehensive approach to philanthropic and social development. Centraide's goal is to promote mutual aid and solidarity through targeted actions, particularly in the areas of:

  • Fight against poverty: By supporting individuals and families in financially precarious situations.
  • Education: By promoting access to education and youth development.
  • Social inclusion: By combating social exclusion and promoting the integration of marginalized people.
  • Health and well-being: Supporting initiatives to improve the physical and mental health of communities.

Centraide raises funds primarily through fundraising campaigns, often organized in businesses or public institutions, then redistributes these funds to local community organizations that carry out concrete projects to meet the specific needs of populations.

City of Joy Foundation

The Cité Joie Foundation is supported during the Tour du Lac Beauport. Founded in 1990 by members of the Rotary Club Québec-Est. The Cité Joie Foundation solicits, receives and administers funds for the development, expansion and sustainability of its objectives. Its mission is to ensure the well-being of people with disabilities by offering vacation camps and to provide respite to their caregivers (family, guardian).

United Cantons Mutual Aid Movement

The Trail du Grand-Duc supports the Mouvement d'entraide des Cantons-Unis. This is a community organization in Stoneham that aims to promote solidarity and mutual aid among citizens in the region. The movement is distinguished by its local actions to help the most vulnerable (seniors, youth or low-income families). It offers several services such as: food aid, community activities, accompaniment and support in administrative procedures, etc.

Redistribution of profits

Each year, our events generate profits ranging from $6 to $000. These funds are then redistributed to various local organizations to support initiatives and projects that directly contribute to the well-being of our community. Thanks to everyone's participation, these contributions make a difference by helping various causes and supporting actions to improve the lives of people in need.

If you represent a local organization and are looking for funding, please let us know your application by filling out the form below. We will be happy to review your project and consider support to help you achieve your goals.
