That's it, we have chosen our 5 ambassadors who will receive a t-shirt and a free registration to the Half-Marathon of the Côte de Beaupré. Without further ado, here are our 5 lucky ones:
1. Rino Lagace
No blog, but initiator and administrator of the “Courir avec les Amis Facebook - à Québec” group. I am primarily passionate about physical activity ... But especially running for over a year. I made a facebook group (running with facebook friends in Quebec) in order to share information and discuss with other running or snowshoeing enthusiasts and also so that we can organize outings. race with friends. I am always ready to help and advise new runners in their efforts.
Jennifer dumoulin
I run the blog To run with the Gaels. I started running three years ago, but a year ago I started running very seriously. Since that time I have started a group of runners during the lunch hour at my job and have also acted as an instructor with the Running Room for a 5K and 10K group. For me, running is living. I hope to encourage others to become runners and change their lives.
Francois Drouin
I run the blog Run to exist. I like to share my running experience at all levels: my history, my training, my competitions and my running friends. I have been extremely motivated to run for 33 years now. In 1981, when I prepared for my first marathon, I knew I had found something that I would do my whole life. When I decided to write a blog in 2011, the goal was to pass on this motivation for running to you.
Vincent Ostiguy
He is a running enthusiast who inspires the greatest admiration. He was the instigator of a running group for the event Get moving for the Red Cross! This is the new meeting of solidarity for Quebeckers with the objective of raising funds allowing the Red Cross to pursue its mission of helping disaster victims.
Frédéric savard
Frédéric Savard, 27, from Saint-Joachim-de-Montmorency… I am currently a freelance journalist for the Journal L'Autre Voix and regularly work at Gym Ultra in Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré! Physical training and health are priorities for him! He is an energetic and passionate guy, a passion who finds his most comfortable refuge in the practice of all kinds of sports! Walking, cycling, snowshoeing, badminton, golf… Nothing is truer than the adage “A healthy mind, in a healthy body!”.
We are proud to be represented by these people in the coming months and we will be expecting you soon at DMCB! Course à pied.ca is proud to take this step to help amateur sport and reward spokespersons who so deserve it.
